Out with 3 cycling buddies today, Breeze Champion Stephanie leading us. She advertised this as a "challenging ride" . Wasn't quite sure what that would mean, but basically we didn't hang about!

A faster pace than normal for me, average 14/15 but some highs of 18 too. Made it! Good to be out on this glorious day especially as the next 2 days look wet and miserable.
