I have recently joined a cycling group called Breeze. This is an offshoot from Skyride, exclusively for ladies. Some rides are designed for those who have not been on a bike for sometime.... like me! The pace is gentle, with just a few hills to get the heartrate up and of course so we can then enjoy the downhill!. And always a refreshment stop so that we can also get to know each other.
Today was my 3rd trip, and we met at Wellington Sports centre in Crowthorne, and were soon on country lanes.
