WLCG Walthams with Jeanette - Saturday ride 20 miles

I got a message from Jeanette last night to ask if I was free for a ride this morning? It was good to know that she felt up to it, after recently being unable.  Since rain stopped play yesterday, I jumped at the chance, even though I am riding tomorrow and Monday. I needed to back by late morning, so we started at 9.

Forecast was perfect, with blue sky and sunshine guaranteed, with temperatures rising to 23 degrees this afternoon. But this morning, beautifully cool for a ride.

Our route .... a wiggle to the Walthams. No cafe stop today, since just a short ride, and I need to back. I am eating cake this afternoon anyway at a garden visit😋

Well done Jeanette. As you said a few times good for the soul to get out on such a glorious morning. See you soon for another ride.
