My planned cycling buddy for today had to cancel at short notice. At the same time, our van which was due back yesterday from a service, wasn't ready. So John, who normally loads his bike into the van, was forced to cycle from home today. So I joined him, and we met John's cycling buddy Ian at Dinton Pastures at 9am. I needed to back by 1 o'clock, so needed to get a move on.
We enjoyed the lovely lanes through Hurst, and over to Waltham St Lawrence, where we crossed the A4 and continued to Crazies Hill and Warren Row.
Route
All pretty easy going, and a nice tea stop at Velo Life, sitting outside in the sunshine. My friend Linda (H's) husband Nigel was there handing in his bike for a service following it's epic journey from Lands End to John O'Groats last week. Nigel said he loved every minute. Well done!
A few photos enroute.
