Another hot day, but lovely along the country lanes with dappled shade from the trees. Not my favourite time of year for photography since the landscapes are looking rather parched. We have riden much of this route before, but previously dashed across the A33. Chris found us a new route, which took us OVER the A33 along a lovely dirt track/lane. Might be hard going in winter, but no problem for my road bike this time of year.

A hot day, so glad it was a shorter ride today. Some were complaining (at the half way point) that it was too short. Wonder if they felt the same by the end?
