Carole led us today, over to Sonning Lock, then Lottie suggested a different route back , via Thames Valley Park.
The Route
I cycled to meet everyone at FBC, so back tracked initially to Wokingham Loads of rain last few days, so Nashgrove Lane was puddly. Took my Go Pro camera today and took most shots hand held on the move as an experiment.
Today team
Carole, Susie, Liliana, Lottie, Carol, Linda B , Elise, Kay, Linda H, and a short visit during tea from Maria.

We cut across Wokingham down Smiths Walk, and along to Winnersh and into Dinton Pastures.

Crossing one of the many bridges inside Dinton Pastures |
From Dinton, we exited at the Woodley Airfield Museum, and across the back route to Beggars Hill ROad into Charvil . We used the Cycle path on the A4, then to Sonning on Charvil Lane, turning left on the towpath just before Sonning Bridge..... much to the delight of the queue of traffic behind us!

As we arrived Maria was waiting to meet us for a cuppa.
Carole's plan had been for a there and back route, but Lottie said she knew a route via Thames Valley Park, so thats what we did.

We then cycled along part of Route 4, connection us to Woodford Park in Woodley, and from there another entrance into Dinton Pastures once more.

Drizzly, dull day for photos, but really muggy. 25 miles in total by the time I got back home.
thanks all for your company.
