After a year of meeting up with some lovely ladies, many on a weekly basis, we thought it a good idea to meet for a summer social, and include our other halves. A few were on holiday of course, but we managed 11 ladies, plus partners. We barely recognised each other in normal clothes, but even without our bikes, we all still enjoyed cakes.... well desserts!
My hubby took a few photos at the start of the evening, but naturally wanting to socialise, put the camera away before too long, so not everyone got photographed. (Meant to do a group shot, but forgot.)
After a disappointing summer of cool evenings so far, we were very fortunate to get with a warm evening, in our garden, so stayed outdoors for the duration.
