We were waiting for an engineer for the cooker hood today to arrive between 8 and 6, so could not plan anything. Fortunately he arrived at 8.30 and gone in half an hour... £100 later.
So, John suggested a ride over to The Cwtch in Wargave. We went via Sandford Lane, Ruscome, Tag Lane, dropping down the Wargrave, and returned via Waltham St Lawrence, cutting through Shottesbrooke. We entered from Halls Lane, which is where I walked recently (backwards) so it involved 3 stiles, but made a change. Then a quick detour to show John the fishing cafe, and back via Shurlock Row, and Broadhurst Lane.
Still a cold day, and John having worn shorts, regretted it.
