John was keen to try a reasonably long ride today on his road bike ie not his e-bike. He hasn't ridden it for a while and was keen to test his fitness, since he still thinks he is lacking energy, maybe due to lack of vitamins. So I took my road bike too, which I also don't use so much especially if out with John with his e-bike!
Interesting that our average speed today was 11.8, and our last ride on our other bikes was 10.5. The e-bikes are great, but heavier so a bit slower to ride without the power on, depending on the terrain.
We rode from home (of course, since thats all thats allowed atm), and headed to Billingbear, then White Waltham and back Shurlock Row and Winnersh. Stopped at the pond at Shurlock Row on our way back for a breather.
