Carole and Caroline led us today on a fairly fast pace to HW. Not many photo stops!
Average speed was 12.2mph and I was back home for 12.30. That's a bit quicker than usual and I felt it, especially as not been out for two weeks.
The route
(route accurate other than the cut through West Court off Park Lane, but I wonder if we can now get through there since its no longer owned by the army?)
First stop School Road Swallowfield and a view through the gate of the blue skies. mid 20's today so pretty hot, but lovely in the country lanes with a slight breeze and dappled shade.
Today's group. Lesley, (a fellow Scot whom I had not met before), Linda, Juliette, Kay. Carol, Linda, Carole and Caroline
We took in a slight detour via Dipley. This is Dipley Mill which we are going to visit soon for a social afternoon. Looks lovely today!

Lovley weather, although a little hot today. Drunk loads since I got home (water) but will change to wine later with our BBQ.
Thanks to Carole and Caroline for organising today's ride.
