Another tough ride today with more hills that we are used to! Accompanied by Chris and Yvonne, and DSLR camera for a change.
The route from Wargrave to Hambleden, up over the very steep Dudley Lane passed the Chiltern Valley Vineyard, flat for a bit before dropping down into Turville, then back via Hambleden Village.
Parked up next to the rusty barns at Highfield Rd, Wargrave. They look especially nice this time of year nestled amongst the rape crops
The van is now just half a mile away. Phew!

A quick stop after the climb out of Hambleden towards Pheasants Hill |
A ridiculously steep climb on Dudley Lane which goes on and on and on! We all walked up. But great views are the reward |
At last it flattens out at around the 10 mile mark approaching South End |
A brief stop at some bluebell woods |
Stopping on Dolesden Lane with the Windmill over Turville in the distance. A great run down at 23mph |

And now, back up Remenham Hill. We are all knackered and all think we will be off pushing... but we all made it to the top in one.
And finally back approaching the rusty barns from the other side. |
