Having built up a little bit of stamina these past few weeks, my hubby decided me and friend Susie should try out a ride in the Chilterns. The 3 of us set off with bikes in our van and parked at Remenham church.

We ride along the towpath into Henley, then follow the one way system out of Henley towards Middle Assendon |

After this , took a path to The Flower Pot at Assendon, and turned right taking us back to our starting point. |
